Unable to contact EA about hacked account - URGENT HELP NEEDED

Hi,

My account got hacked this morning - email, ID, and security question were all changed, and an xbox one was given permission on my account (I'm a PC user).

Followed the instructions on EA's website to fill out a hacked account ticket, got to the end of the process and - nothing. No way to 'complete request' only a back button, and an invitation to let EA Call Me. That service isn't available to me in the UK, and I cannot find the Live Chat that is given as answers here.

I could fix everything myself except the security question is in Hungarian and apparently means 'which box i walked' thanks google translate.

I'm grateful for any help at all as I've got absolutely none from EA themselves.

Hi, 

At the moment the only way to resolve a hacked account is to contact us via EA Help. Note that I've added some extra tips in the bottom of this post in case the website still won't load for you.

To setup your contact via EA Help first start with selecting your country or language. If your country or language isn't listed then select either United States or United Kingdom.

Now follow the numbered steps as shown in the picture. If you are unable to login you will also be able to create an anonymous case at this point.

• You get no contact options? you are most likely trying to contact the selected channel outside of operating hours.
• Your country isn't listed on EA Help? use a voIP program such as Skype to contact our UK channel via +44 203 0141818.
