Two accounts two iPads can only find one of the accounts

Need help... I have two accounts on two different iPads ID numbers changed from last year so all I have is the team name but for some reason both iPads now want to login to only one account so I can’t pull up my other team anyone know how to do this so I can get my other account back up  I have tried deleting the app and reloading but every time I go through the process it gives me only one of my accounts on both iPads it is as if the other one has disappeared you used to be able to type in the team name but now it just gives you the option of login with Facebook or login as a guest on this device how can I get my other team back ..
