Twitch Prime Rewards are missing

My EA and Twitch prime accounts are linked and i’ve went on to the website to claim my Fifa 19 rewards but in game they don’t show up. Everytime it says claimed but nothing is there

When you are logging into our website can you double-check the email address you see in game is the same one you're using? It's very possible the EA account you linked up to Twitch Prime is not the EA account that has your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag linked to it. It's one of the most common issues we see from customers that aren't receiving rewards.
