Trying to link ps4 account

hello i accidentally deleted my ea account associated with my ps4 account i went on battlefield v and it said "this account is invalid" so i created a new ea account and i dont know i i link my ps4 account and when i try to login with my ps4 account it says "account ineligible" so i have no idea what i should do now

If you deleted your EA Account completely, i'm worried that you can't take that account back.. However you can try to contact EA Help and you will see if it is possible or not..
