Trying to contract an Advisor [ Edited ]

I'm trying to resolve an issue, but the first problem is that I don't get the Live Chat option unless I select the United States as a region, and after that, I get put on "Hold tight, we're putting your information together and contacting an EA Advisor. Please stick with us until we confirm your case number on the page behind this window." indefinitely. I waited ~3-4 hours yesterday split between Chrome with no extensions enabled, Chrome, IE, and IE with no extensions enabled.

I assume this is not the intended way for it to work, but I'm kinda lost at what to do next. I just want to speak to support about a kinda complicated account problem.

Can you ensure that you are following these steps exactly when trying to contact support:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

If it does not work then you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype or Google Voice and contact our UK support directly, it is best to set your location to the country you are contacting also. The UK support number is  +44 203 0141818  and is available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday.
