Troubleshooting Origin on Windows 10 and error status 0xc000012f

★★★ Newbie

My Origin application has troubleshooting, I can't play Sims 4 now and i have tried everything. I re-installed the application and I even deleted the game files but still not working. I just feel like burning down my PC but then my parents will get mad. Please help!! I really miss playing Sims and it has been like a month or two without it. What should I do??
