Tos Case moved behind when contacting Live chat regarding an update?

A advisor informed me that a case is moved behind when you contact live chat to get an update regarding the case, Is this true? I'm waiting for 5 days to get a response from Team of Services

( 15m 39s ) J****d: I see that your case was escalated to TOS and you have not got a response from them.That is because you have been resuming the case again and again which making you wait for more time.

Hey @LarsN1989 if you have a TOS case open with Terms of Service team then the best thing to do is give the team some time to investigate and respond, as each time you reopen the case it needs to be then sent back to our TOS team where it goes to the back of the queue.
