Told to post my issue here, missing cop cars

I have been told the tech team can help if i post my issue here.

All the cop cars except for 1 have gone missing from my garage, it is also restricting me to one vehicle for the current assignment but won't allow me to change assignment (all 3 the same) and even when assinment is completed the new car does not appear and there is still only one car. Help my 6 yr old is special needs and very upset that his cars are missing. Have tried all the troubleshooting provided and it has not made a difference.

Just to elaborate, it still saying in game progress that 15 cars have been unlocked but can't see them. Your tech team advised this is a new issue and therefore to post here as it's a bug that needs to be fixed.

I'm sorry to hear about the situation you've found yourself in 

Could you please tell us about which game you're talking about and on which platform are you playing? I assume you're talking about one of Need for Speed games, but it would be great to know which one exactly.
