There were too many redirects

When I try to buy a game I get an error saying "There were too many redirects" and it won't let me purchase anything.  help?

What game are you trying to buy? Also have you tried making the purchase in the Origin client?

yes, for me, i tried downloading under my account- signed in and everything. please help.

mine says : signin.ea.com redirected you too many times. when I'm trying to change worlds.

@kar138 I assume this is when using Origin through a browser, if so can you try a different browser to see if it makes any difference?

Could you please provide a quick list of reproduction steps. For example:

- I was in Origin in a Chrome browser

- I went to the Fifa 2018 page

- I clicked Buy

- I was asked to sign in and then got a too many redirects error
