So this has happend to me before, this is the second time. My dumb laptop usally update for no reason it feels like. So what happend last time and this time is that my spotify stop working and also the sounds in sims 4. And the last time I got this problem I tried to repair my sims and it worked perfectly. So now it has happend again I updated the computer (well more like the computer did it like I had no choice) and started the sims as usal but there were no music in the main menu and when I tried playing with my family there was no sound there either. So I shut it off and tried to listen to some music on spotify to see if the sound was ok, and it wasn't. So my first thought was repairing the game like I did last time 'cause it worked last time, and I did. But this time it didn't work the sound is still gone.
I've seen others with the same problem here, do you got some ideas how to fix this?
