The sims 4 get to work not working

I just installed the sims 4, get to work and it won´t launch because the graphics card isn´t good enough. The requirements for the expansion is the same as for the sims 4 and I can play that fine so why won´t the expansion work

Just found out it won´t play the sims 4 either because of the graphic card. How can that suddenly happen
