I keep getting an error message when trying to play The Sims 4. It says we are unable to connect to EA servers to activate The Sims 4 on this computer using your account. Does anyone know what I need to do to get this issue resolved?

Sims 4 no longer shows on my game library, I can still play it from the desktop icon but can no longer repair the game. It disappeared yesterday evening.

Clear Origin's cache, then run Origin as administrator.
As your problem is not related to @TheArbiterD's (except for it being the same game), please make your own thread. Hard to help two people at a time with different problems, confusing for the both of you.

I cleared the catch and ran orgin as an administrater. Still doesnt work.
