The Sims 4 Not Downloading

Please help me im stuck when I try to download the Sims 4 and try to change where I download it it said "This game installation dictionary is invalid" and than I tried to change it on advanced setting and it kept saying what it had said when I tried to download it please help me EA I really want to play Sims 4 can you please help me   @EA_Kristi and @EA_Nils and I need help thank you for reading.
