Hi I entered a code for The Sims 4 Get To Work expansion pack but wasn't able to download til now and I can't find out how to download it. I haven't been sent anything via my emails to tell me about it. Is there anyway of trying to find it how I can download the dlc

@prince048633 Sign into Origin, open your game library, click on the Sims 4 icon, and then More > Expansion packs, and scroll to where Get to Work is listed. There should be an orange Download button.

@prince048633 Try clearing Origin's cache (Windows) or running the Origin reset tool (macOS). Maybe forcing the data to refresh will help.

If that doesn't work though, you'll need to contact EA customer support to find out what happened to your pack. It's possible that you received a bad code, or that it was redeemed on a different account, or that there was some glitch on your account that needs to be cleared up. But only a support rep can address the issue, whatever it happens to be.
