Actually we do partner with Ubisoft and do have the game available for purchase on Origin: https://www.origin.com/en-ie/store/buy/195588/pc-download/base-game/standard-edition

That said, for playing the game, Uplay will be required.

No, it will not be.  It is a Ubisoft game which will be either on Uplay or Steam.

Where did you buy the game? Was it on Origin?

Depending on the region you buy the game from, the Russian language might not be available.

All available languages should be shown on the store page during your purchase.
