Just want to say thanks to the appropriate folks (especially the legal department Wink ) for bringing more games to GOG.com - Dead Space, Dragon Age Origins, and SimCity 3000! I hope you (EA in general) will continue to bring your games to GOG, such as those that are already on Steam (especially Mass Effect 1 and 2). (I know you want new Origin titles to be exclusive.)

Here are some more ideas for games to let GOG re-release, based on their popularity on the GOG wishlist (I know some like Lord of the Rings, Need for Speed, and Dune have legal issues surrounding them, but I figured I'd mention them anyway since most are EA games):

Command & Conquer series - 55,000 votes+ - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=command+&order=votes_total

Black & White series - 43,000+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#order=votes_total&search=black

Blade Runner - 22,000+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/blade_runner_1997_video_game_2

Dune series  - 37,000+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#order=votes_total&search=dune

Need for Speed series - 17,000+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=need+for+sp&order=votes_total

American McGee's Alice + Alice: Madness Returns - 14,000+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=alice&order=votes_total

Mass Effect series  - 17,000+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=mass+eff&order=votes_total

Lord of the Rings series - 12,000+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=lord+of+the+rings&order=votes_total

The Sims series - 10,000+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=sims&order=votes_total

Sim Tower - 2,500+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/sim_tower

Theme Park World (aka Sim Theme Park) - 3,500+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=theme+park+w&order=votes_total

Battlefield series - 3,300+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=battlefield&order=votes_total

Sid Meier's Sim Golf - 2,200+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/sid_meiers_sim_golf

Sim Ant - 1,800+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/sim_ant

Sim City 1 - (as a "freebie"/free game on GOG) - 1,700+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/sim_city , https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/simcity

Freedom Fighters - 1,500+ votes - https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=freedom+fi&order=votes_total

@tfishell Hi,

Thanks for the positive feedback, I will certainly pass that on when I get the chance.

Thanks especially for compiling the EA titles from the wishlist. I've played many of those myself when growing up and they all bring back good memories.

The more ways our fans can play our games, the better!

Cheers,

Nils

Another GOG.com user here.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for working with GOG to bring such great games to their store, especially regarding Dragon Age: Origins, which is one of my favorite RPG ever. I look forward to see more games, especially the Command & Conquer games.

Future Cop LAPD

GoG user here.  I would like to say Thanks to EA for bringing some of their newer games to GoG.  I would love it if, EA would consider bringing back Lord of the rings: Battle for middle earth series, or Emperor Battle for Dune.  Either way thank you EA.

Another GOG user here, I echo the above thanks EA. Was very suprised to see Dragon Age there. I hope that we can get many more of your fantastic older titles there, as there are quite a few.

Also Beasts and Bumpkins I never knew that was done/owned by EA. I do remember having the demo to that though and playing it alot. Would love to see that appear.

Another GoGlodyte here.

Thanks for the release, even though I already own some of those games on Origin (and on CD) I've bought all three to own DRM free.

I'd love to see American McGee's Alice on GoG

Heya ! I another goglodyte ticking in.

Thank you for embracing the DRM-free world even more. I am well aware EA has already very generously made its old titles freely available in the past, now selling on GoG is an even more good thing in my book. Wishing you all the success possible in the world publishing great games.

Loving them cheap and unprotected.
