American McGee's Alice is the most important one. It's not even available on Origin. Neither as Stand-alone, nor as a part of Madness Returns Complete Edition. The stand-alone Madness Returns is on sale though, so it can't be any sort of a licensing issue. Come on EA, just unbundle it from the "Complete Edition" of Madness Returns and release it on GOG... Or heck, just release the Madness Returns Complete Edition as is, even less work for you.

As for Need For Speed, this is why devs should use made-up brands, like GTA does. Music licensing is annoying enough, no need to add to it with car brands.
