Temperary Ban

My account has randomly been locked. I got the email from EA stating to contact them:

In order to regain access to your account, you will need to contact a Customer Service representative via http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ using chat or phone. As you will be unable to login, when prompted to do so please click the “Having trouble accessing your account” option in the lower right part of your screen.

Well, I can't call anyone or speak with someone in a chat. It won't let me. Every time I try, none of the above shows up.

I've been trying to get unbanned from Battlefront 2's online features, as I was randomly banned from that last week, regardless of not playing since April this year.

I don't even know why I'm randomly locked out of my account, either. If it's because it states I logged in from the UK, that actually was me. I went to the UK for six months and logged into Origin on my Laptop. That wasn't a hacker. I run 2-Step Auth on my phone.

This is really annoying me. I don't know where else to really seek help anymore. I've had the most terrible experience with customer support and service. I've even taken to Reddit with help from the responses I've gotten about my false ban, so now this account lock really takes the cake for me.

Hey @StealthyZoroark

Sorry to hear about your troubles with contacting our support Frown

Sometimes in such cases contact with customer service is necessary to additionally verify your account. I assume you're trying to create a new case on EA Help website?

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/contact-ea-help/

Can I suggest trying to create a new case and choosing the following options: Help with a Game -> Origin -> Contact us -> Create a new case -> PC -> Manage my account -> Restore account

It should give you an option to chat or call us Standard smile

I get the message popup:

It looks like your account, or the game account where you're trying to get help, broke our rules.

You can review the rules in our article.https://help.ea.com/en/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts

Think your account was banned or suspended by mistake? We can create a case for you to get help with that instead.

I've made two posts regarding this, already. I haven't got a single reply, all I get are the bot answers that auto-lock your cases. My most recent one was under Origin, exactly where it had told me to go to request help for this in the first place. Making a new case does not look like it will truly help me. I'm going to do it again, but all of this is just stressing me out.

I was told my account was temp locked, that's what the email said, I haven't broken any of EA's rules, I've looked all of them down, one by one through the whole list. Not a single one was something I've broken.

It's why I came here for help regarding false bans and not even being able to post any form of a reply or requesting any sort of help with this Case.

This was the mail I received four hours ago:

@StealthyZoroark I just made a third post. It keeps getting closed with the same response, every single time.
