I'm really upset, I've now waited for tech support to call me for 4 hours! In that time, I've received two calls, and when I answered they hung up. It's not my phone, I'm getting calls from people and even companies tonight... it's Tech Support. Please contact me. Case#16572434

Hey all, thanks for posting and I'm sorry to see that you are having issues.
I can assure you that out live support would not hang up a call with you. If calls are dropping then it is most likely a connection issue.
If the issues are ongoing then, please contact our live support.

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

I'm having the same issues. I speak to someone and then they just either don't come back to the phone or pretend to not be on the phone. I have spent so much money playing the Sims 4. I can't believe this is how they treat a long time customer. I would love to purchase new games and resume playing but I can't find help as it is. I am not into throwing my money away for a company that doesn't care about it's consumers. SO DISAPPOINTING!
