THE SIMS 3 SERIAL NUMBER HELP PLEASE

Hey all, just have big problem, last year I played The Sims 3 on my PC , but today i wanna install the same disc/CD but origin asks for serial number, I have one but it is taken now, how do I fix this or use another code. Thanks

All EA codes can only be registered to an account once. Your best bet is to find the email address you originally registered The Sims 3 to and then login to Origin using that email to receive permission to install or download it.

Hi,

Like @CitrusViking mentioned, you are most likely logging in on the wrong account. Check any other usernames or email addresses that you might have and login with them.

If you are still unable to find the game then you can reach out to an EA Advisor for more help.
