THE SIMS 3 REGISTRATION ISSUE, PLZ HELP!

when I'm registrating for the sims 3 acc, I fill all the fields, but when it comes to the 'prove that you are a human' field, there are no letters nor numbers in that image, when i press refresh verifivation, it says ''macg'' but it says that it is incorrect, so I can't register. Please help!!!!

@duvvu1  Can you try using a different browser?  Firefox works very well for me, at least most of the time, but Safari and Chrome often have trouble with the Sims 3 sites.
