Syndicate will not install

I am unable to install Syndicate. It downloaded but then said the DX .cab files were unsigned. I tried deleting them to get the game to repair them but there is no repair option. I can't uninstall it since its not installed and I can't redownload it. I tried reinstalling it off the DVD and it does nothing. Is there anything I can do?

I have a similar issue. I got the download but the game is not installed. It just stay installing all time but don't install.
