Switching EA accounts

I have an old ea account that my xbox account is linked to and I want to switch it to my new ea account for apex legends so I can get my twitch prime packs. I didn’t pay attention and linked my twitch prime account to my new account without realizing that it doesn’t have my xbox account linked to it. How do I switch which EA account my xbox is linked to?

If you wish to unlink your Twitch account then you can do so by following the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/apex-legends/apex-legends/apex-legends-and-twitch/

If you wish to link your Xbox account to another EA account then please speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
