I got an email today saying someone had logged in using my email address. It wasn't me. I logged in to change my password (thinking it was Origin) and discovered that someone had used my email address recently to create an EA account (note the absurd usrname). The account was created in October, but I only received an email today.
I would like more information about this incident. Where did this activity originate from geographically? What information could they see? Were they able to confirm the email address? Is my email address compromised?

Thanks for the reply. I have already taken these steps.
What I would like is to speak to someone who can give me more specific information about what happened.
So far, I have found no method of direct contact with any kind of security or service team, and so I wrote this post.
I want to know more about who created this account with my email address, and the process they went through to do so.

You should contact an Advisor as below but please understand that they will not be able to give you any details of who may have compromised your account, thanks.
