As this coupon is now expired, I wanted to post one last thing before locking this thread.

If you indeed were physically sent the first email, completed the initial survey, and are from North America, we have a list of every person that actually clicked on and completed the survey. If you contact support (http://help.ea.com) and ask them to cross-reference you on this list, they will look up your email address to confirm it. Again, this secondary coupon was ONLY for those that received the first email, completed the survey, and are residents of North America. The second coupon went out to less people than the initial coupon code email, since not every person that received the first email took the survey.

Thank you to everyone for your understanding, and as we've stated a few times, we'll have more promotions like this in the future, so make sure you have the option checked in your account settings (http://www.origin.com/account >> "Contact Preferences" ) to receive email about promotional events.
