Subscription Cancelation As of March 2020

I am planning to cancel my subscription in March 2020 due to the your deletion of so many games that I love. Please advise as to you will refund me for the remaining 8 months of my subscription?

There are a few things to know about cancelling your Club Pogo or Pogo subscription.

• When you cancel, you'll be able to play out the remaining time left on your subscription.
• There’re no free trials when reactivating an account. If you choose to do it, you’ll be billed as soon as you reactivate.

Follow these steps to cancel your Club Pogo subscription

1. Go to www.pogo.com.
2. Log into your Club Pogo account.
3. Click My Account in the upper right of your screen.  
4. You may be asked to re-enter your password (for security reasons).
5. Your screen should look something like this:

1. Click the Billing and Subscription tab on the left. 
2. Click the Cancel your subscription link.
   • You may be asked to re-enter your password (for security reasons)
   • Re-enter your password.
3. A new screen will appear asking you to confirm your Club Pogo cancellation.
4. Click the Confirm Cancellation button to confirm and cancel your subscription. 
   • PLEASE NOTE: After you cancel your subscription, you'll be able to play the remaining time on your account.
