Subsciption ending prematurely

I purchased a one-year Origin Access subscription on 3/27/2017, and today on 4/6/2017 it is telling me my subscription has ended, and won't let me play any games.

I have the same problem. I purchased a 1 year subscription on 6/3/17 and I'm being told my subscription has expired already.

Just noticed that mine was expired after paying for a year on 3/16 as well.
