I have been stuck in offline mode for over a week now. I recently tried to buy a game and the purchase went through but it wouldnt show up in the "My Games" tab for me to download. After reading the solution to a similar problem I tried all of the suggestions (logging off and then logging back in, checking to see if the purchase went through, and finally uninstalling and reinstalling origin) but that only made things worse. Now I can not access origin at all because it says that the first time you log in it needs to be online and I am still somehow stuck in offline mode. I tried doing a live chat but that is unavaiable to me as well. Some one please help.
