Someone keeps trying to log into my account.

I keep getting notifications on my phone with security codes for EA. It looks like everything is in Russian. I tried to change my primary email on here as an attempt to secure my account but it throws an error saying I've attempted that too many times. How long before the counter resets so I can change my email as well as my password?

Hey @mohawkmike13 the best thing to do is speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to take a look at your account and advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

I have had the same problem but not tried to change any details. Will my account be safe as I have the verification set up?

The best thing to do @Redstreet26 is speak with our live support as they will be able to see if there have been any unauthorised attempts to access your account.

It's no harm updating the passwords for Origin and your email account.
