For the past 4 weeks, I have gotten about at least 10 text messages sending me a security code to get into my account. I just got one about 20 minutes ago but this one was in russian. I have changed my password and have 2 step verification on my account but it's really annoying and makes me worry because this happens at least twice a week to me. Is there any way this can be solved?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @mimifacee.
I would suggest also ensuring that your email account is fully secure and that no one has access to it. If you do not have login verification set on your email I would suggest doing so now.
