Sims Base Game

I have a Sims 4 Bundle but for it to work the Chat Advisor stated I need a Sims Base Game.  Which one do I have to buy so that the Bundle will work. Thanks

@hagrid2009 The Chat Advisor meant you need the Sims 4 (the base game, not one of the expansion/stuff packs) in order to play any of the expansions etc. What did the bundle you purchased contain? I'd assume most (or all) bundles would include the base game.
