Sims 4 won't launch 0e6d1221 1df4e8dc:8001000:00000000 [ Edited ]

I get the error code 0e6d1221:1df4e8dc:8001000:00000000 When trying to launch the game and it says can't run sims 4 with the graphics card in the system? Yet I have the GTX 1070 so there should be no issue at all, I tried downloading Fifa 17 and it loaded, I have also updated the graphics card drivers to the latest ones.
I have just got a new system and whilst I redownloaded Sims 4 I did try to move the save files across but can't see that being the issue? I have tried a repair and a reinstall also but the problem persists any help appreciated.
