Sims 4 won't install

I bought the game, I have that code that comes in a paper near the cd. I download it, installed it and was able to play for a few weeks, then a couple days ago it just stopped working and I couldn't play. So, I uninstalled it and download it again successfully. Now it keeps installing, it never completes. Could someone help me ? I also tried to work Origin as admin, it did'nt solved the problem.

I bought the game today and it won't install. It only say "You have successfully installed" but there still read install.... And sorry for my english
