Sims 4 trouble

Hi, I bought the sims 4 about 3 years ago and loved it, with no trouble at all using it. However, I went into my library after a while of not playing the game last, and it says I was only using the two day trial. I know this is wrong because I've used the game for so long. I have tried logging in and out, switching discs and all that, but at this point the trial ended and I can no longer play. Please help me get my favorite game back  Frown

@gabryawanda Hey, in most cases like this there's an account mixup. I can see you've taken some steps to resolve this yourself since your post, but perhaps they weren't necessary. 

Can you try using any old email addresses that you may have used back about 3 years ago to log in? Hopefully you can track down the game in question, and can avoid spending money unnecessarily.
