Sims 4 on Windows 8

so ive been struggling for about two hours with this and this is a last resort. so i want sims 4 on my laptop but i already paid for the game and many expansions on my xbox one. since i dont want to pay for everything again is there a way to transfer my stuff

@spencerthegnome  No, sorry, games don't transfer between console and PC.  The two versions are considered separate games in many ways, including what content people own.  If you want to play Sims 4 on your computer, you'll need to buy it again.
