Sims 4 not showing in library

So, about a year back I bought the sims 4 and some expansion packs but when I log back in its not in my library.

I would recommend getting in contact with one of EA's advisers through EA Help, so they can check what's happening with the issue.

Make sure you are logged into Origin using the same account you purchased the games through. Also make sure that no filters have been applied to your games library so all your games are showing.
