Sims 4 download backtracking

Trying to dowload Sims 4, it got to 100% gave me an error and is now restarting at 90%. It did the backtracking multiple times but it always went past it. Don't think it's being blocked or it shouldn't be as I have downloaded sims 3 dlc fairly recently with no problem.

Please try the steps in the order below:

1. Manually uninstall Origin
2. Run CCleaner
3. Restart your router/modem and do a Clean Boot 
4. Download the latest version of Origin and install the client
5. Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports
6. When starting Origin, please make sure to run it as Administrator

After this please try downloading the game again.
