I'm trying to buy sims 4 digital deluxe upgrade but it's says

 

We are unable to process your payment. Use different payment method or try again later [ref. #10049]

 

I'm trying again and it's give same error again

For billing related issues it would be best if you would contact an Advisor via live chat or phone for assistance:

1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
3. Type in the name of the affected game
4. Select 'Next' at the bottom right
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' again
6. Select topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

same problem here ... trying for more than 24hr with same result. Press Payment button, tries to load payment screen, fails with "We are unable to process your payment. Use different payment method or try again later" Removed paypal, added credit card, still no purchase. Very disappointed with broken-hearted family SO looking forward to playing SIms 4 on Mac.

Regarding the issues you have with actually loading the webpages at help.ea.com: have you tried using different browsers, clearing your cookies, cache and Internet history? Some users have reported success with using Internet Explorer for example when they were having issues with other browsers such as Firefox.

I am having the same exact issue and I'm tired of being redirected.  I can purchase anything and everything but as soon as I try to upgrade I keep getting this same message.  [Admin. Edit] Please contact support via this link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
the cc number I use to be able to call that no longer exists and I'm redirected to here. I come here and as I read again another redirection just to buy something. o.O  How many times am I going to be redirected and why is there no phone number to call? I do not need to use a different payment method because it works until I try to purchase the Sims 4 Deluxe Upgrade.  There's something wrong on your end that needs to be fixed. :/

They need a cc number. I've been redirected now twice and now on hold in chat for 35-40 min and counting!  :/  This isn't right.

It's only giving this Error message when you try to buy the Deluxe and upgrade other than that I can buy anything without standing on my head and singing lala to make it maybe work.

RE:  Review Order - Your action cannot be processed That didn't work, let's try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later. - The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Upgrade Standard Edition  ----- Theodore in chat had to consult with a specialist. Between being transferred and waiting which took OVER an hour.... The Specialist doesn't even know what's going on. Why? Because there is a glitch as I told them.   And I'm told that.... It looks like we might need to f escalate this to our payment issue team. (Please report this glitch so they will escalate this). ---  After waiting 2 hours now o.O I'm told... You should receive an update in the email address associated in the account. Again sorry for the time I consumed. They will send you an email with a Verification Code to confirm as I have done and now I'm just waiting as the current Sale is counting down. :/
