Sims 4 cant do anything but make sims

I started having this problem a couple days after downloading Sims 4 Spa Day. I cant play on my gameplay or build. All I can do is make Sims and look at things in the gallery.

@iloveme_22 Hey, is there any chance you're launching the Create-a-Sim demo? If you check the game details page in Origin does it show a full version with Spa Day installed? if not, please try relogging with any alternate email addresses that you use, there may be an account mixup.

It shows up at sims 4 day spa and even take me to my town but then when I click to play my household it just takes me back to the screen to pick a town.

Ah, perhaps it's loading a bugged save. Can you check this thread?
