I think my sims 4 has a bug. The people are randomly red and white with

question marks on them. Can you let me know what I should do?

@tdc66  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

What happens when the bug occurs? Numerous missing textures on menu screen and in game. You can't miss it.
What do you expect to see? Either squares with Llamas in them or textures replaced with question marks
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Try repairing your game by repairing your game through Origin (right click on the game and choose repair game)
