Your frustration is understandable, and seeing that you politely apologized for it at the same time of doing it, I don't have a problem with it either.. 

I would like to add that multiple pre-authorization fees do detail that there is most likely a trouble with your payment option. If they are looking into it then I hope that it will be resolved for you shortly.
