I already have the Sims 4 installed on my computer, but my family is claiming that origin won't let them download the game on their own PCs throughout the house because the product key expired.

We paid for this game to keep and enjoy it, why is this even an issue

I believe you can install it on up to 5 computers, but can only play it on 1 computer at a time. And it can only be activated on 1 Origin account. If you want it on multiple Origin accounts, you have to buy a copy for each Origin account.

if you got mac it would be why it does not work but now they have a mac version of the game :eahigh_file: supose to be poo emoticon :eapoo_file:
