I want to talk about something you don't mention above:
How accessible is the current experience? It's overall fine
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. I recently pre-order the Sims 4: Island Living dlc. Great right? Well here is where it goes wrong for me. I was using my cousins account for the discount he has. I ordered it and it ended up being order on his account by mistake. I forgot to gift it to my account. How can I fix this? Can I transfer it over to my account by any chance? Or can I get a refund? There's no point to pay for it again. It's already expensive as it is.
How is this making it more difficult? .
How can we reproduce this experience? .
I would like to get it transferred to my account and not on his.
