Sims 4 Get to Work

I recently purchased Sims 4 Get to Work, but it has yet to show up on My Games in order for me to download it. I do not have Sims 4 (the base game) on Origin, but I have the disc version. Why am I not able to download it yet?

Very simple work..go to ORIGIN(top left) and click on-Add Game-REDEEM PRODUCT CODE(click on) and add your cd key-click Next.....and now, you have your game, in your Origin account.To download your game> go in -My Games tab-right click on icon Sims 4 and Download.


But it only works if you have a cd key from an authorized reseller.

I don't have the disc version for Sims 4 Get to Work. Only the digital version. I only have the disc version for the BASE game.
