Sims 3 won't launch and origin won't go online

Origin won't go onto online mode and my Sims 3 games won't launch at all. I'm using windows xp and never had a problem till this week. any help would be awesome right about now.

I am kind of the same from the 1st or so. When I get into Origin app or Origin online I cannot see any game and no game starts unless I disconnect the Internet.

I was said on chat to do the following. I didn't work for me but it could for you.

1. Please click on the Origin menu on the top left of Origin window and select Exit option.
2. Please hold down the Windows Key and press R. (This will open the Run dialogue.)
3. Type %ProgramData% and press enter to open ProgramData folder.
4. Delete Origin folder from this ProgramData folder.
5. Please hold down the Windows Key and press R
6. Type %AppData% and press enter to open Appdata folder.
7. Delete Origin folder from the Roaming and Local folders.
