So my problem is that my sims 3 Game keeps saying Download Failed it says 'An unexpected installation error has occurred. First, try restarting your computer. If that doesn’t resolve the issue "you can take the following steps:
1) Temporarily disable your virus scanner/firewall
2) Run the Origin Client in administrator mode
3) Reboot your Machine and try installing again
Error: 327682:0". I Did everything on the following rules I even re-installed origin but still the same thing what can I do?

@snobbybrit66 Your operating system, OS X Catalina, is 64-bit only, meaning it doesn't run any 32-bit apps. Sims 3 is 32-bit, so it won't run on your computer. There's no way around this problem. But EA has announced a 64-bit-compatible version of Sims 3 for Mac, to be released some time in early 2020. Here's the post:
In the mean time, the only thing you can do is play on another computer, one that doesn't run Catalina. If you just bought Sims 3 in the last two weeks, and you don't want to wait for the new version, you can request a refund as well.
