I have purchased several Sims 2 packs and packages via Origin. However, whenever I try to download any of them I receive an error message (please see attached screenshot). All other games download fine, just not anything related to Sims 2.
I've tried all suggestions, i.e. downloading in safe mode, clearing cache etc., but nothing works. I realise that the Sims 2 is old, but I hope the files haven't been removed from Origin so I can download what I've paid for.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I've done all of that but still can't download. As I said, it's only Sims 2 stuff that won't download, everything else does.

Please create an Origin Error Report and post its ID in here as highlighted in red below.
You will see three screens as shown below.
With this ID we will be able to take a closer look at what exactly has been going on. Thank you very much for taking a look in advance.

I'm having trouble believing it's a PC issue as others are experiencing the same problem, and only with Sims 2 packs. If this can't be resolved I'll have to ask for a refund for all the packs and bundles I can't download.
