Sim City Coupon Code not working on Sims 3 University

Hello,

I preordered Sim City and recieved the 5 $10 Discounts for Purchaces, I have used only 3 of them and wanted to use it for Sims 3 University now that it has been released but when i hit apply, it only reloads the page with the price staying the same. I read the Disclaimer that came with the code but University doesnt fall uner any of the exemption catagories now that its been released.

Help please :-)
