Dear EA GAMES family, I bought Battlefield 1 a long time ago, played a bit and my account was closed immediately. and I cannot access my account for 6 months. Error "Sign in is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Please help me. I paid a lot of money and I can't use it anymore

I hate it when a solution expects me to be a techie. Like if I knew how to deal with all these things I wouldn't be here typing this. I am on a mac, why do the solutions not account for you know "if on mac do follow these steps..." or "If on chrome/safari/explorer follow these steps..."
