Servers didn't support trial game mode [ Edited ]

My question about battlefield 4,
When was avaliable, I have downloaded trial battlefield 4, but in total i could not run the game, because there was an error "You cant play trial", and yesterday premium game was bought, but in "Origin" i have a sticker that the game is a trial, and when i try to connect to most of servers across the "battlelog" web site, it tells me that the server didn't support trial game mode.
What should i do in this case ?

It sounds as if you just bought the Battlefield 4 premium service, which includes all the expansion packs for Battlefield 4. You will also need the base game however. Did you purchase the Battlefield 4 game itself already?

thank you for answer! but i dont understand, link to origin store  table below shows that if you purchase "Premium Edition PC Download" the Battlefield 4™ Game are included in that package

So why do i need to buy "Standard Edition PC Download" first and after that again buy this game but premium edition ?

Same way i purchased Battlefield 3 premium, and in total i got the full game and premium status.

I bought it throught Origin application, there are

i see you selling separated premium status, and full game with this status!  and when i made a purchase i thought that i buys full game not only status! and now i need again purchase the game, but i dont want because full premium game is cheaper  than separate buy premium status and full game. Is there some way to bring back premium status? i want buy full premium game.

If you bought premium from us, you can request a refund and then buy the premium edition separately.
